I ordered these for my teenage daughter who is around 5’ 7.5” & curvy. I ordered size large. The description says adult lounge pants. I assumed they were unisex, but pretty sure these are men’s lounge/sleep pants due to the buttonhole & fly area. Drawstring waist. The material is lightweight & thin. My daughter likes them for lounging around the house. They are a little long on her but thin enough to roll up.

If you’re buying these for a male, I’d suggest ordering up a size, and down a size for a female.

I bought size small for my children who are about 5'2" and 115 pounds. The waist fit well, but the pant legs are too long. My kids just roll the bottoms, so it's not a big deal. I wonder whether the x-small would have fit better, though.
