My husband always had the binding socks problem, tight socks affected his feet blood vessels so he would buy very expensive socks just wishing to get a better fit for his large calf but non worked. For the first time in our marriage he said that these are the best and most comfy socks he ever had and when he asked about the price he didn't believe how affordable they are. He got the black ones now he wants another color :) I just don't know how it is made from Bamboo :))

I have such a hard time finding decent socks to wear to work during the week that don't end up around my ankle like some ten year old after a minute of walking. I've always had large calves. Soccer, leg presses, and hiking have always been easy for me, finding socks to go over and stay over my calves has not.

My calves are pretty large, and these socks are soft, wide, and grip my calf nicely. Large enough to go OVER the calf.

Price is great too. Highly recommend.

These socks are stretchy and smooth without lumpy thickness anywhere The band at the top is wide, stays up well, and doesn't pinch his lower legs The bamboo fibers are really nice on my husband's feet. These are the best socks we have ever found. One note: he found that if he puts lotion on his legs, the socks will not slide down. He gives them 6 stars!

These socks are a must have for people with large calves. I'll absolutely buy these again. Two thumbs up. Highly recommend.

I bought these socks to wear with skinny jeans and boots. I really hate tight socks inside my boots so I ordered these. They are a true black, very soft and they fit perfectly - best socks I have ordered! I wear a ladies size 12M shoe and they are perfect with lots of room for your toes and ankles to breathe. They wash and dry well and haven't faded at all. I have them on now as I am writing this! I will definitely buy again when I need some more. Buy them you will not be sorry!

My husband has huge calves. He loved these socks. I usually takes him month before he'll wear something new, but these he wore immediately. I plan to buy a lot more.

I love the way these slide over the foot and calves and actually stays there but there is no tightness at the top or digging into the calf these are by far the best dress sock or even every day go to work sock I I was in Construction and worked in the field probably not the best choice as these are a little too thin for that type of usage

These socks way exceeded my expectations for quality! They are soft on arrival but get softer after washing. It's amazing how they stay up but don't bind and make squeezey lines on your legs. What I really like is that your feet don't sweat in these socks; therefore the stocks don't stick to the soles of your feet. Seems like that would make them kind of anti-fungal but there is no claim to that in the description. I would have given 5 stars but they were a bit thinner than I'd anticipated, more of a dress sock; but since I needed dress socks also, I'm very happy. Will look for boot-type bamboo socks for casual wear. Highly recommend these bamboo socks and at 5 pair for $16 you can't go wrong.

My husband has diabetes and most socks give him problems by being too tight. These socks are his favourite for comfort and looks. In fact I ordered a second set of these wide top socks for him recently.

Bought for a friend with fluid on legs issue so needed wider socks on leg area these are lovely silky smooth quality socks the width is excellent doesn't cut into skin

These socks were more like compression socks than regular socks. Definitely not extra wide at the top. They were so tight, they left a bruised lines around my calves. Also, they are almost like stockings/nylons and they snag very easily on a fingernail or even a rough cuticle. Waste of $35.
