I wanted to love these, but the quality just isn't there. The sizing on mine is very inconsistent--some pairs are loose, and are very snug. The material isn't really boot sock thick. These are slightly thicker than cotton dress socks. The material also feels weird. I suppose I'm accustomed to cotton socks, but these feel totally synthetic. I prefer the feel on a natural fiber for socks. Overall, if the sizing was consistent, I'd give these a four. As they are, three stars is the max. I can't yet speak to how well they will hold up, but my expectations at this time aren't high.

FUN socks! Very comfortable and not too thick so that they bunch in shoes. They are just right. Allowing my feet to breathe and stay warm.
