Horrible quality, the gray area is not cushion at all, it's just a different color; the sock is thin and stretched out after a few times wearing, fit is too big for an 8 or smaller foot, tired of these "one size fits all socks", won't buy Hanes again, this is not the same quality sock as a few years ago...do yourself a favor and buy your socks in person so you feel the quality.

As someone else had indicated in a review these are not the best Hanes socks but they are Hanes socks and do fit the same as the ones I have worn for the last ten years. These socks don't have the red line on the top, the ones with the red line are a higher quality sock and would be a better choice but I just needed an everyday sock for around the house because I am retired but I certainly wouldn't recommend them as a work sock.

I purchased and wore Champion socks for years until BJs stopped carrying them and I couldn't find them on the 'Net. I have some of these that are years old and after heavy road work the elastic and body of the socks are still fine with still years of use.

I looked at what was available on Amazon and I saw these, made by Hanes, a well-known brand. These are a very light, broad-weave with an OK elastic band. There's no real cushioning for heavy road work. I don't expect to get a lot of wear from these things -- very, very disappointing.

What on the web site and whats on the package IS NOT! whats in the bag, completely miss leading!

When I read "6-12" on the size description, I actually thought they would fit a foot up to a size 12. I assure you, as a Female size 7.5 (these were for the hubby) these didn't even fit ME, comfortably. Soooo small. (and super, super thin)

The display said 78% cotton. I got what the photo shows: 51% polyester. I bought for the high cotton content.

Not the greatest quality. One of the socks had a run in it straight out of the package.

I tried these, hoping the Polyester would be ok, but it wasn't. These make my feet sweat. I sent them back. I need 100% cotton, expensive, but no sweat.

Good quality socks

These are Super thin, and not very stretchy so they fit loose on my size 8 feet.
