Buyer beware! These underwear are supposed to be really well made, but they pill almost immediately (after 1st use). We even hand washed and laid flat to dry and they still started balling up. I also paid $25 for them as a holiday gift. I would suggest buying these somewhere else where they can be verified to be a good product.

I love these britches! I bought a couple of these for traveling to Fiji and they performed amazing! The fabric was very soft all through the day even when I was sweating buckets. The moisture wicking capability kept the funk out of my junk! I packed couple of cotton briefs just in case but didn't use them as I washed these guys and dried them very easily. The handled well and were versatile throughout traveling in very long plane, bus, boat, and truck rides. Hiking in the bush was a breeze. I LOVE these briefs so much that I wrote a review about underwear!

These started out to be a nice pair of underwear. They are comfortable the elastic band is perfect and the legs do not roll up. They are breathable mesh material and the pouch in the front is man-friendly. Now I have had these since late February and they have been washed a few times. The material is falling apart and they are looking rather shabby. The front is becoming fuzzy with little fiber balls all over. I personally do not think these will last much longer. For the comfort, they are spot on...For the durability well, they are not worth the money at all. Rather on the expensive side. If they can work on making the underwear last longer then 2 months before they are ready for the can. I'll order them again. This my honest and truthful review. I'm am not paid or compensated for this review. IF you found this helpful please indicate that it was.
    Thank you

Very light weight, comfortable, and breathable. They do well with odor resistance & dry quick. I appreciate how a Large fits my 36"waist where Under Armour makes me feel like a fat blob with their similar fitting product labelled as XXL!

The only downside is that after my 2nd wearing I noticed pils where my wallet pocket made contact. After several more wearings the pilling is worse & fabric is bunching up. I've never seen this in my multi brand search for the right under garment. If not for this problem, these might be perfect for me.

Update: I was going to buy another pair to see if they held up better, but the price went up a few bucks from my original $17, so I waited longer and now they're $28!? Reading others reviews I guess I'll start my search over again. These aren't going to last 6 months if they degrade at their current rate. Too bad, I was thrilled at first.
5 stars for comfort, 1.5 for quality.

Soft and comfortable these underwear are very good for hot, humid weather. The waist band is a bit thick, heavy and tight, uneccessarily so. The rise is also a little too high, they are higher than other similar brands, making them warmer than necessary - again, the heavy waist band. What really brings them down is that the fabric in the crotch area is sticking to the hem of the leg opening, with multiple threads interlayered and snarled. They do not lie flat. I have two pair - one has it on one leg, the other on both. I hesitate to cut the threads. See the photo. Someone else had this problem also. I emailed Ex-Oficio along with a photo several weeks ago. No reply. (Edit: I received an email 14 days after my request. I was told to start the warranty process which takes, according to the website 4-6 weeks! Ridiculous. I also noticed quite bit of pilling after wearing them about 5 times) Initially, I called ExOfficio to ask some questions about the various styles (they have quite a few hem length and fabric combinations, both with and without a fly) prior to making my purchase - the customer service agent was quite rude. She told me to just look at the photos on the website! I will definitely be returning these, which is a pity because they are pretty good overall, but the stitching issue probably will lead to these expensive underwear unraveling at the seam - and the customer service is simply terrible. They are returnable only for 60 days with Ex-Oficio. At these prices they should have a much better warranty.

These are simply the best (along with meundies). I've tried all the major brands and internet hyped ones. I really didn't like the look of these online and only ordered them so I can say I tried them all, and there is so much hype about these I was convinced it was just hype. Turns out these really are the best... Especially for travel.

Only ones that come close are the ones from MeUndies, I am still a subscriber of those and love their comfort and fun designs, plus they're much cheaper than these. However these are just as comfortable, but if you're going to sweat extra (say due to traveling, or sports/working out, etc), or if you want something fast-drying that you can wash yourself when not home, these outshine even the MeUndies, they simply dry very fast and the big pouch in the front keep everything very comfortable, breathing and dry!!!

If you can afford to and don't mind the design, I would say buy a dozen or two dozen of these and throw everything you own now out the window because you'll never want to wear anything else. If the cost is an issue, get a few for the days you need them and get the rest from MeUndies which is almost as comfy, aren't as fast drying but have much nicer designs and are cheaper.

Best hiking underwear about, although I prefer the slightly longer legged version I have no complaints about these shorter ones

They are very nice briefs but for the price, I would expect much better quality. I bought them in August for a month sailing trip in the South Pacific. Since then I have hardly worn them yet the fine threads are getting caught on each other and it is uncomfortable. I bought two pair at the same time and have no trouble with the second pair. Overall, these have not been washed more than 5 times. Wished I could get an exchange at this point, because except for this issue, they would rate a 5 star.

My wife has been raving about the female version of those for 3 years now. She wore them through our sabbatical travelling the world and still do every day.
As for those, man, my twins never been that comfortable. Plus, it dries faster than any other underwear I tried(cotton, bamboo, polyester)

These are OK - nothing special but ok - I still wear them so guess what - they're ok. They don't hold their shape very well.

These fit well, and will be good for travelling because they are easy to wash. I assume that machine washing is not good for them, even if you are at home. But really got them to lighten suitcase... I ordered some more!

Fantastic. Best pair of underwear I have ever owned. Great for multi day use (when hiking or hunting).

Wear 3 times and the bottom was already messed up. The material got tangle up with the seam. Have to cut off some of the material in order to untangle.

Would not recommend this length. Really uncomfortable especially after washing. Threw these out after a couple uses.

Good Wicking material, not fussed about seem location

I bought this thinking I need to upgrade to a better quality boxer briefs but after a few washes, this product becomes quite uncomfortable to wear. Unfortunately, I am quite disappointed

Super comfortable, like the shorter leg. Great for travelling as they wash and dry easily and quickly.

Cuatro de mis ExOfficio Men 's give-n-go deporte de malla 3" Boxer Brief estaban Mediano y perfecto, pero uno llegúe X-Tra Large...que no me sirve.

Hubby just loves them! Comfortable, thin, light and dry fast. Great for travel!
