Okay, it's difficult to find mens underwear at a size bigger than what they call a 3x that's affordable. And as most guys know, a 3x in underwear is not a 3x in anything else. It's a good bit smaller. So I wear a 3x everything else, and a 4x underwear.

If you've shopped for underwear, you also know that the price jump between 3x and 4x is ridiculous As in 14.79 for the 3x, and 37.99 for the 4x on one site I looked at. it was really nice to find actual 4x at a decent price for a six pack.

I was concerned that they might have skimped on quality since they are priced this low. But I was pleasantly surprised. The fabric is smooth, all the stitching is clean, and the fit is perfect for a 54 waist. I would go one size up if I wanted loose fit.

And no, nobody gave 'em to me for free, nobody asked me to do this. I just wanted folks to know these really are the best deal I could find.

I saw some of the varying comments about these shorts being sized incorrectly, but I bought in my size and they fit great. These are the first boxer briefs I have ever purchased that fit well and are comfortable. I can honestly say that I threw out my briefs and am going to order more of these. What a difference. They fit great, give good support, and dont fall down. Being a really big guy it is tough finding underwear that fits, but that stopped with these. If you are reading this review, then I urge you to buy these. You will not be disappointed.

When I initially bought these, I loved them. So much, in fact, that I ordered them in gray as well. They were comfortable, soft, and didn’t ride up my thighs. However, it’s been 4-5 months now and all of the waist bands are unraveling (see attached photo). I now have 12 pairs of these, six of which must be trashed, and the other six beginning to unravel at the waistband. I thought I had lucked out on these and threw away all of my other underwear. Time to start restocking a different brand, I guess.

My husband decided to try this because there was no other brand available for his "Big and Tall" size. After about a few wearings, you can tell that the product is cheap because, as what my husband states, the seams unravel and they are not comfortable to wear around the butt area. The fabric gets stuck around there and makes him want to pull them out when he walks at the airport which is the most crowded place, and everyone could see you if you do! I do not know if this is just because hubby has some nice, round ample butt so they take up more fabric...I don't know.

With this product, you really get what you pay for.

I heeded previous reviews on these being too small in the larger sizes. I wear a 4XL in a Hanes so I ordered a size up to 5XL. I should have went two sizes up. Typical discount Asian products they are way undersized. So they were too small and stretched some as i tried a pair on, but even stretched the entire rear seam should not unravel. If you want to save money order a name brand that will last and fit.

OK, I admit it, I've been wearing men's underwear for years, ever since I ended up wearing my husband's for reasons that shall remain undiscussed. So I have some experience here.

Don't buy these. Tho' seemingly well made, with decent cotton knit, here's two reasons why:

    1) I have a dermatological sensitivity to latex. This means latex exposure to my skin bothers me and that I can get a rash, (though I don't have the horrible kind of allergy where you can't breathe). Anyway, after about 5 or 6 hours in these shorts, the waistband starts to bother me. I suspect latex, though the description does not say anything about waistband material. Multiple washings did not help.

    2) My husband won't wear them either. They have those weird seams that go diagonally across your butt. Seams like that bother him.

I find it interesting that the sticker on the six pack I bought said that they were supposed to sell for $90, but we are only being charged $24.99 here on Amazon. I have not heard of the brand before, but will be wary in the future.

These have a wide but fairly comfortable wasteband. I read the reviews that stated these are heavy weight cotton. I bought the Heather Gray and I found that I would not consider them heavy weight material. I would say they are a lighter weight material then the premium name brand sold in all the big stores. I am 5'8" 290 and was buying the 3XL name brand and I find they strangle me in the waist ,butt, and thighs. These I bought in 4XL and I found the waistband to be about perfect and what i was looking for. The rest of the underwear were slightly larger then a 3XL big name brand that I was buying however they did not seem to be very much better fitting in the areas other then the waist. I would buy these again but I will probably try a 5XL because I was looking for something comfortable but more roomy then what I was buying. I may end up with a bit more loose wasteband but they won't be too tight in the back side. These are definitely a great value for the price.

If you think you need a 3x get a 4x if you think you need a 2x get a 3x. They do fit a bit small for the size. Just get one size higher then you think you need and they will fit well. The tag on the back is a bit ruff on the edges however I fill after a few washes the tag edges will soften. Other then that they are made well and and are comfortable. I am happy with them and would buy them again.Andrew Scott Big & Tall Men's 6 Pack Cotton Boxer Briefs (4XL, 6 Pack - Black)
