I just got in my Duofold Union suit, put it on, and I'm writing this review while wearing it. I'm very happy with this product, in fact, I couldn't be happier. It fits perfectly. I wanted to give you a breakdown of my thoughts on this product. Keep in mind I was NOT asked to review this product and have no incentive to do so.

    - Fit: Perfect. Not too tight or too small. I'm a size S guy, and normally at this size I've found it fits too tight and the sleeves/legs are too long. That WAS the case with the Carhart Union suit. I had to send it back. The Carhart was made for a slim model dude. The duofold is made for an average guy who doesn't have a 6 pack. The Duofold is perfect.
    - Sleeves/Legs: The sleeves aren't too long or too short, but just right.
    - Warmth: Double layer. Oh man, it's warm. Way better than the single thickness union suits that are sold. The best part? My regular clothes, and tight jeans, still fit over it.

    What I don't like:
    - Buttflap. This is just personal preference. I like the fold fashioned buttflap that has two buttons at the top. This has a side button that opens the back. Again, no big deal, but eh.

There is no sizing chart provided for this union suit, so I will spare you the agony I had to go through ordering the wrong size:

    Men's Sizes:
    Small: Chest 34"-36"
    Pants/Waist: 29"-30"

    Medium: Chest 38"-40"
    Pants/Waist: 32"-34"

    Large: Chest 42"-44"
    Pants/Waist: 36"-38"

    X-Large: Chest 46"-48"
    Pants/Waist: 40"-42"

    2X-Large: Chest 50"-52"
    Pants/Waist: 44"-46"

This info came off the package itself. It would have been nice to know this BEFORE I ordered. Since my camping trip is in 2 days, I don't have time to return them and will have to use them, even though they are too large. I am 5'10" and 175LB, and the Large are way to big, although the length is about right. They are HUGE in the mid-section. Hopefully this info will help you. The suit itself is nice quality, and I would give it 5 stars if Amazon hadn't screwed me out of a sizing chart.

Bought 8 of these in all different sizes for our family holiday fun photos. Both male and female wore them. The fit is meant to be a bit loose as pj's so if you are wanting to wear them under clothing, you might want to go down a size for a snugger fit. The fabric is like a heavy tee shirt feel and they seem to be made well. We were all surprised at how comfortable and warm they were!

I work in cold conditions where undergarments are required to be natural fibers and a porta-john/porta-potty is often my only option. I usually avoid wool because even soft wool makes me itch; but, I know it is warm. So, cotton on the inside got my attention. I wanted one less layer that I have to tuck in.
I am impressed with how comfortable this union suit is.
It arrived yesterday and I slept in it last night to test comfort. I love it! I plan to buy more.
For women's sizing: I looked at the image of a sizing chart they provided and read reviews.
My measurements are 40" chest and 30" waist. 140 lb. And 5'4".
A 30" inseam pant fits to my ankles when standing, I generally buy 32" inseam pants.
    I bought size small.
The fit is a bit long in the crotch, likely because I have a short torso and no "package." :)
It's not tight in the chest either. There is room for shrinking.
The leg length is just right, with the crotch pulled up. (I have long legs for my height)
If the leg length shrinks, I am prepared to deal with it since I have long socks. But I'll update if they shrink at all.
    Usage of rear button fly:
Clearly the fly was made for men, so I knew there would be some adjusting. In order to sit on the throne and pee like a lady while using this fly, you've got to pull it forward a bit with one hand and hold it in place. I say it's worth it to avoid much of the freezing cold air in the porta-johns. I am getting a she-wee, so, I wont need to worry about that as often.
In a couple days I will try it on under all my layers and test it in a cold work environment for 13 hours, then I will update.

Update: it did shrink a little bit. It still fits. The leg length is still great. The crotch area is a bit less baggy now.
The union suit certainly helps keep me warmer. Today was a high of 0° ferenheit and I'm not nearly as cold as I was with a thinner under-layer.
Ladies: For those who were wondering, it works great with a Freshette (similar to she-wee) but I can still use the rear opening for all my restroom needs as well.

I think it's a great job. I've had it a few months now and have no real complaints, my only quibble is the sleeve length. I think 3/4 length sleeves would be better as the suit comes down past my outer clothes which will result in frayed cuffs in time. The ass flap is very handy and manageable when going to the toilet. I took the chance when I first washed it with my work clothes and washed it on a heavy soil cycle at 40* for 80 minutes and then tumble dried it with everything else. It didn't shrink or come to any harm so that's how I wash it all the time. the lint trap is full of red lint though so it is shortening its lifespan.

Really great quality.. great fit . Warm . Soft fabric.
Plenty room on crotch which is needed for union suit especially if you ride motorcycle. Comfy on long journeys is important. Very happy with this product and think good value for money . I bought medium.
    I'm 5ft 11 38 chest 32 waist
This thing fits great .. it's not tight and I didn't want it to be . I think anyone up to 42 chest still be fine in a medium

I've had all-in-one thermals before, but their major design flaw has been in the provision of certain facilities. I bought these as a Christmas present to myself from my wife. They're cosy, and a good fit (possibly a bit roomy for some). I bought the 2xl, but at 6' tall and of substantially proportioned build, particularly around the middle and chestal areas, these fit splendidly. Having worn these for the greater part of a day, I can happily confirm that "Operation Bumflap" was a complete success! Would definitely recommend, and I have another pair on order at the time of writing this.

The Union Suit is warm and cosy but does slightly itch a little when you first get it. I am sure this will lessen or cease with wear. It isn't so bad as to be uncomfortable though. The fit is perfect for me and I am 6ft tall and 22 stones in weight, with a belly, you could say. Although the day is warmer today than usual I can already tell that this suit provides a real warmth boost, and there is enough give in the material to allow the wearer to work freely. I would definitely buy again. Must admit I am quite surprised at the quality and fit as I had concerns after reading some reviews on the US site, but I am delighted with the product. My first real Union Suit.

Well packaged and very fast delivery from Prime.
If you're young (under 30) and skinny, buy a size too small - they're very generously cut, though it does shrink a little in the wash. Feels really comfortable and is snug and warm - no cold spots round your waist you get with seperate thermals. I get eczema but this material and the flat seam stitching doesn't irritate my skin one bit.
This is now my 'go to' lounging around item. Love it!

I was searching for a good quality pair of John L’s, as my father used to call them. I want to keep warm for winter/spring fishing in the UK, Ireland & Finland. I found these Duofolds and read the reviews. I am 5’7” and 230 pounds. I chose the XL size and they fit perfectly. Not too tight, not too big. They are the perfect base layer and help keep me warm. I will be ordering another set.

    Very comfortable and warm

These are really great quality and I wouldn't be without one camping in the UK!

Very pleased with these ! They feel nice and warm without being bulky. Ideal underlayer for those cold winter days.

The item arrived on time and I'm very happy with. Comfortable and warm. Fit is grand I ordered Medium 34 waist and 40 chest.

    Excellent service and great items

Present for my son who is 6'3" and lives in a cold flat. He loves it and the fit is perfect.

Thermals to keep you warm on cold days, very soft and warm plus they've got a butt flap.

The crotch is a bit too loose for my tastes but it is 100% worth the buy.
