These are the best and coolest (temp) boxers I've found for the price.

Duluth Trading Buck Naked Performance Boxers are slightly more comfortable, feel more durable, don't ride up as much, wedgie less, and are a better Valvue IF you order $50 or more and get the free shipping from Duluth.

If you can't get ahold of the Duluth, these ExOfficio Boxers are certainly the best on Amazon at least. Exofficio Give-N-Go is inarguably superior to any Cotton Boxers. Quit wearing cotton boxers!!!! Trash your cotton sock while you're at it.

Extra info: I wasnt impressed at all with Duluth Armachillo, they're not cooler than any other boxers IMO, and they ride up and wedgie so easily I regret buying 2 pairs.

I am extremely, extremely disappointed in these. I have used ExOfficio underwear for years now, and the one feature that I find the most appealing is that they have always had a waistband that would not roll under any circumstances. However, this most recent pair that I bought has a different waistband, and it rolls constantly. Terrible, terrible, terrible product. Either go back to the old waistband, or you've lost my business forever.

I'm a slightly overweight guy who sweats a ton. I was worried that I'd have problems on a recent, long trip to Cambodia and Vietnam during the summer (on that side of the world.) These undies met and exceeded my expectations. The wicking features kept me cool and dryish in the humid 100F+ temps. Once I got back into AC they dried (on my body) very quickly, so I wasn't walking around with swamp butt all day. They wash and dry quickly and easily in a hotel sink. You could travel with just a couple of pair for a long trip with no problems. I'm replacing all my comfy cotton undies with these bad boys. This summer looks to be a scorcher.

Would have given these 5 stars due to fit, comfortable design and durability of the material of the body of the boxers EXCEPT for the ELASTIC WAIST. My husband loves the roomy fit and quality material - which after numerous washes is still in great condition - EXCEPT for the elastic in the waist which has - strangely - disintegrated, stretched out, and completely lost their elasticity, resulting in a waist circumference that is 5" in excess of the original circumference, and making them unwearable. Is this due to improper washing, drying? Has he lost weight? No. Are they being washed in hot water or dried in a hot dryer? No. They have been washed in a new LG washer and dryer on a permanent press cycle, same washer that the cheap boxers from Walmart have been washed in which have performed better than these which are 3x the cost! (Planned obsolescence, or...???)

I'm not sure if ExOfficio did a redesign or if the boxers I recieved are knock-offs, but these have a different waistband and cloth material in comparison to my older ExOfficio boxers. The waistband quickly and completely rolls-up, and the cloth material quickly piled and sticks to its self. I hope we get a definitive awnser as to the products authenticity, or if there was a redesign. I'm not buying more of this type!

I have purchased several of these over the past couple of years. They are a bit expensive. The last few I purchased had a different waist band than what is pictured. The earlier ones had a substantial all black waist band that performed well. The latest ones have a different band with a gray inside color. These are lighter and much more likely to fold over and can bit a bit. The new band might work well for you 6'3 fellas with a 32" waist. If you have more common features these can be slightly uncomfortable. For the money, I hope they return to the original band.

I'm a 32" waist, and these (size small) fit perfectly. After having to switch to boxers, because I found briefs too uncomfortable, and even finding most boxers uncomfortable (I can't handle chaffing, and it triggers jock itch, which is unbearable when you have to sit in front of a computer all day), and often resorting to going commando, once I found ExOfficio and UnderArmour, I spent some $$, and completely replaced my entire underwear drawer. My wife likes the boxer brief ExOfficio's the most, and the Under Armour original boxers. For working-out, I either wear the ExOfficio regular briefs or 3" (short) briefs. I'm a gymnastics coach in my spare time, and still like to bounce some trampoline, and support is critical (another lovely side effect of aging - gee, and I thought my wife had it bad!). These are pricey, but they're worth it. One word of warning - the material is somewhat fragile - they'll get scuffed-up if you wash and dry them with the rest of your laundry. It doesn't affect the comfort, so I really don't care. I've been wearing these for over 1 year, and not a single pair has developed any tears, but if you want them to look great, best follow the care directions.

After buying just one pair, as I didn't know what to expect, one week later, I bought another two. So comfy. The descriptions are correct. So lightweight, so quick to dry and can be worn for a few days at a time without any bad odour. I have finally got rid of all my old boxer shorts. I will wear only these, though how long lasting they are I do not know. I am about to embark on a years travel, so I will add to this in a years time.

Forget about those tiny Chinese sizes, these are the real thing and XX means XX. Brilliant boxers and ideal for sleeping and outdoor adventuring. Great for rinse and dry on the move. Whizzy colour would attract a rescue helicopter from 3 miles

Nothing to dislike! Excellent garment and as boxer underwear...the best. Material ensures comfortable fit with no bulky build up, as with pure cotton!

    Great quick drying underwear.
Comfortable when I walk my Camino de Santiago. I only took this brand (4) and they are wash dry and go + lightweight

Homer Simpson would find these loose and baggy , go about 2 sizes down from your normal

Great Product, exactly what I needed

Perfect fit, very comfortable. The material seems sturdy enough although I haven't had these boxers for long enough to properly test it.

    Good highly breathable pants

Love these, comfortable, light, don't ride up, really fantastic, will be buying again

Love these, the best for travelling\backpacking.

Generally very comfortable, however XXL is too big for a 44” waist

    Husband loves them

    Suitable, comfort.

This is my third order (first two - directly from US Amazon), and I am happy with that from time to time :)
In comparison with Merino Wool Boxers (from Icebreaker):
Nylon doesn't absorb water. Few drops of uncareful pee and you will feel wet for at least few hours. Merino wool: it can absorb up to 30% of water, but still feel dry.

ExOfficio are very loose which I love more! (Icebreaker Merino are almost twice pricier, and tight fit). You need to buy one size down, extremely loose. I usually wear L (I am 91kg, 178cm); my first two orders were L and I was feeling like I am wearing XXLs; this week I ordered M size, perfect fit and very comfortable and very loose.

    So, 3 stars because of:
    1. This is "hype" that it is very comfortable in Summer because of nylon. Merino wool dissipates heat much much better (and it is also hype "wear wool in Winter").
    2. Buy one size down.

I'd love to hear ExOfficio makes similar boxers in Merino wool.

I thought these were boxer briefs, but turns out they were boxers! Should've read the description more carefully. Great boxers, good for outdoor activities, don't get hot. GREAT for long motorcycle trips as regular cotton boxers/boxer briefs are a no-no. What I also noticed is that the boxers get stuck together where your legs can rub together under the crotch area if you do a lot of hiking or walking, after washing the boxers does look like this area is already starting to fall apart/develop pile. Hopefully they last!
