I assembled an underwear sampler in my amazon cart composed of different (some obscure) boxer-brief brands in an effort to find a new model that worked for me. That said, I tried multiple brands back-to-back and these are not the best.

The waist band is tight to the point of compressing my organs (and no, I didn't get a size too small). I definitely feel like I can't allow my bladder to fill more than half way full before I have to do some pressure release.

They have the texture of water resistant beach gear. I have some beach trunks that are similar. Not particularly breathable.

Finally, the crotch feels sock-like and over compensating. If I was packing serious eggs, I might find value in this feature, but instead I have excess fabric in the front unless I hike them.

I'm wearing them right now and I have a wedgie.

I gave to this 3 stars because they look okay in the way a name-brand will, and they are functioning at the end if the day.

Being European, I know the Lacoste brand forever, it's a brand that until now has been characterized by its classic designs and the excellent quality of its fabrics, these boxers are wonderful, they are my favorites, the ones I always buy for my husband and son, they are almost 100% cotton, just a little of spandex (5% I think) to give them the stretch necessary to be even more comfortable, they resist a lot of washing, you wont ever find any fuzz balls not on the boxer itself not on the waist band either, my husband and son love them, our Favs, hands down.

The quality and construction are as good as the price would indicate except for one thing - the alligator is no embroidered. Instead they added a plastic-feeling iron-on decal, like the ones on cheap t-shirts. Not what I expected for the this price range. There are better products available with less cost and even better quality so I won't spend my money on Lacoste again.

OK, I know it may be a bit odd to write a review for underwear but I feel compelled to put in a good word for these. I previously tried to save a few bucks by ordering Hanes boxer briefs and, well, you get what you pay for. The material was uncomfortable and they were a terrible fit. Of course, that's just my opinion and Hanes may work well for others. Regardless, I think these Lacoste boxer briefs are great. Note that the sizes seem very accurate, unlike other Lacoste products that tend to run small (I saw another reviewer had mentioned this and I also found it to be true): I have a 30" waist so I went along with the Lacoste size guide and got a small (supposedly fits 28-30"); they fit perfectly. I noticed that some reviewers complained that the quality used to be better in the past. I can't comment on that, nor can I say how well these will hold up over time. But, either way, they are comfortable and a great fit so I'm happy.

Decided to go back to boxer briefs instead of trunks, and found these by mistake.

I like the fact that they're form fitting and no roll up at the waist. Will be buying 2 more 3 packs. Very soft that you don't feel them on on you.

They also come nicely packaged and easy to open.

I was looking for a nylon-poly/cotton mix to give my underwear a little stretch. The logo is not the embroidered one everyone knows of, instead they use a printed on crocodile. Feels great, but you can definitely find a set cheaper from other brands.

I bought large. Because, I like a somewhat loose fit to the waist band. But, in these, the larger size made the rest of the product feel too loose. As a result proper support was practically, non existent. Rendering them more like a boxer than a boxer brief.

My husband is very particular when it comes to the way underwear fits and feels. He reports these are without his favorite. These are soft and comfortable as well as being loose fitting around the leg opening so as to reduce the likelihood of riding up while wearing. We have tried a large number of brands and styles, I am so thankful for having found these!

I purchased my first pack of Lacoste Boser Briefs more than a year ago. They are great. The fit is fantastic, and they are really breathable. Then, I decided to purchase more and replace all my boxer briefs with Lacoste. They are also sturdy and last long. The ones that I have been using for a year still look great.
