We needed the pants to be 42 so we ordered the 48 Regular because when ordering this suit, the pant size is 6 sizes lower than the jacket. We were shocked that it fit perfectly; the only thing was that the pants were about 4 inches too long but hemming it was an easy fix. The jacket fit nice and this is the perfect suit for the summer. The tan thin pinstripes made it look expensive and the material made it breathable for summer functions. This suit is a must. You won’t be disappointed.

Waist is listed as 36. I'm a 33 or 34. That being said it fit perfectly so adjust accordingly. I'm 6' and 190lbs, athletic build and the fit was great. Getting married in it.
