  • Family member has leg and foot edema and these slipper socks are the same he had when he was hospitalized. They stretch nicely and don't cause a crease in his leg at the top. Even though his legs are wrapped (Medline Matrix Elastic Bandages are great, easier to put on someone else than compression stockings), these slipper socks fit nicely over the wraps. Plus the socks have the gripper treads on both sides. And they wash and wear fine. Very happy with these.

When you wear these socks prior to their first washing for a few times, they have a decent non-skid capability. After the first wash, they are comfortable to wear but have no non-skid capabilities. I have bought and have been given at least 2 dozen pairs of these socks and they all seem to work the same.

Well...these arrived in a sealed package. But when I opened them the band, cuff?, looks all stretched out. They were a bit too large. I'm trying to find socks for my husband who is currently in a rehab facility recovering from a stroke. He wears a size 9 shoe.

The men's size large seem to be just what was needed. They are a little bigger than we needed; I may try a medium next time for a women's size 7 with edema. The nonskid is better on these than other socks I've purchased on Amazon. They do go all the way up the calf; I'm not sure if they are supposed to be worn that way or folded over to the ankle. My guess is whichever way you prefer.

Have been using these for years for fall prevention.

these socks are huge. probably will not stay up. if you happen to try one on, and it doesn't fit, they will not refund your money. I guess you are supposed to look at them through the packaging to determine if they will fit or stay up or keep their shape, which is a joke.

I have purchased these several times before.
This batch/lot of socked are terrible.
Won't stay up! Shorter than the others. Not as good of quality.
This has nothing to do with the seller it's the manufacturer.

These socks let me walk around a little with my walker, and i don't slip! Posey is THE BEST!!
