Prior to these socks, I would always have to endure blisters when I would go on long backpacking trips (30+ miles). I would develop blisters on the inside of my toes where they would chafe. My backpacking trips also normally consist of me getting my feet wet when crossing streams so it's not unusual that I hike 90% of the time with completely wet feet which of course exacerbates the situation. I bought 2 pairs of these for my last 35 mile backpacking trip on Kauai and I didn't come back with a single blister! I am totally pleased with them! These are highly recommended if blisters between your toes are a problem for you too. I wouldn't dare another long distance hike without these ever again.

UPDATE 5/23/19: After wearing every day for a year, in a shop environment these have held up extremely well. No holes no tears and still has it's shape and keeps my toes separated just like when they were new. They actually have helped alleviate foot pain and fatigue. The trick is to wear a shoe that has plenty of space to let your toes splay, and with these socks it keeps your toes separated. About the only issue is the fabric at the heel has thinned out somewhat . These are kind of thin to begin with, but after a year or wear I think they held up pretty well. I will be replacing these with the nuwool trail versions.

I am an Automotive technician and am on my feet all day. These socks have been a godsend for me. They keep the toes well separated and have helped with some pain issues I have had in the past. I have 6 pairs that I use daily. The material does kind of make your feet sweat but it's not too bad. I have only had them for about 2 months so we will see how they hold up. At $12 a pair it was a commitment buying 6 pairs of these but so far worth every penny

As a family physician with symptomatic bunions who is probably too aware of the risk of surgical complications, I purchased a set of Bunion Booties as well as a pair of these Injinji toe socks. I tried the Bunion Booties first. They were comfortable and easy to get used to as I was quickly able to wear them for a full day; and they definitely had some effect. However, one of them (left) sustained a small rip while I was trying to get it onto my toe the very first day so I question their durability. (It does not seem to have lengthened further during subsequent usage). The Injinji toe socks however were much more effective in letting me exercise with less pain but they did require a longer acclimation period. The other problem I have had with the toe socks is when I am wearing a narrower shoe. During a Boy Scout campout, I attempted to wear these for a full day underneath my usual hiking socks. The hiking shoes were already broken in, and I had already done a three mile walk in them this spring. But possibly because of the double thickness of socks, I developed a large blister (caused by rubbing of my great toes against the shoes) and had to remove these socks. So except for remembering to acclimate my feet to these in every pair of shoes, these toe socks seem to have found a permanent place in my workout wardrobe and I have since purchased several more pairs.

These are definitely worth it if you run endurance events. They prevent blisters and are overall comfortable. I wish they were taller in this material like other compression socks. The downside is they are a pain to properly put on. Getting the toes right so they dont feel odd is almost impossible. So usually I've chosen to wear compression socks. In cold weather these are a must under compression socks. So it depends on your specific use. It's good to have just incase.

I am on my feet all day at work. Injinji are my choice for work socks. I had a terrible case of plantar fasciitis a few years ago. After I started wearing these socks, the plantar fasciitis has not returned. I have the mini crew for the warm months and some of the knee socks for the winter months. These socks are expensive, but in my opinion they are worth it. I know what it is like when every step hurts. It is easy to neglect your feet until they will not allow you to anymore.

My first pair of these lasted probably 500 miles worth of running and hiking. The pair I bought a year later lasted 40 miles. Injinji customer service is awesome though, and they replaced the pair that wore really quickly with the supposedly more rugged Outdoor 2.0 Original Weight Micro NuWool version. I took those on a recent AT section hike, and the outdoor 2.0 version lasted about 300 miles.

Mittens keep your hands warmer than gloves in the winter. In the summer, these socks (aka foot gloves) keep your feet cooler than regular socks (foot mittens). Keeping your feet cool helps prevent blisters. The toe socks also keep your toes separated so they don't rub against each other, another way of helping to prevent blisters. I'd rather use regular socks because they're easier to put on and easier to replace, but these socks definitely help prevent blisters, and Injinji customer service is great. Still, 4/5 stars due to durability issues.

So I hardly ever write reviews but I couldn't not write one for these wonderful, magical socks. I am 6', 320 lbs and I have ALWAYS developed blisters. My toes are always screaming out in pain whether I am taking the dogs on a walk, on vacation walking around cities, or working out at the gym. I have tried many hacks to prevent my blisters (ie. duct tape, mole skin tape, etc). Nothing worked! I'll never forget when recently I was on vacation in NY City and I had to find a pharmacy to rush into get some blister bandaids. I had to sit on a bench and expose my toes to the world as I adhered the bandages to my little (or rather big) tosies. I received stares and a few jaw drops but it was blurred out from the pain.
I wear a size 13 shoe and these fit perfectly, sized right. I am going to order more. There are times when I am going to meetings with buyers and walking stores with them. I am in my dress shoes with thin socks and getting the infamous blisters. Now I will wear these under my dress socks, I assume they will work just as well. I couldn't be happier nor could I exclaim more how magical, wonderful, brilliant these socks are. THANK YOU FOR SAVING MY TOES!!!

These are my favourite socks ever. I've run a couple of ultras and a mountain marathon in them so far, with no problems. They are fiddly to get one, but so worth it. I wear shoes that have a lovely wide toebox that alow your toes to spread and do what they do while running. But what's the point in having a wide toebox if your toes are squashed together by your socks?

If these things weren't so expensive, I would buy loads off them and wear them everyday. As it is, I have a couple of pairs and just wear them for racing and long training runs.

I'm training for a marathon as well as a couple of half-marathon races and have often suffered blisters on runs longer than about 10 miles. These socks have cured the problem instantly. Yes, they look ridiculous when worn, but the simple fact is that they work! There's not even a hint of any blistering, and my toes remain far cooler and less sweaty. I'm size 11 and the large fit fine, with a bit to spare. They aren't cheap, but I suspect I'll be buying a couple more pairs. If your feet are already tight in your shoes, I can imagine that these would make the fit tighter, so make sure you have a big enough toe box.

I am marathon runner. These are -despite great price point- amazingly good running socks. What’s special is that it eliminates running between toes. Moreover it helps transition -with right shoes- to a more natural gait by allowing spreading of toes

This is a well made sock for minimalist running shoes. A little pricey, but overall worth it for the quality. Seller was good, shipping promptly with item arriving on time.

These Injinji socks are more expensive than others, including Vibram but they are better quality. They have not bobbled and are durable. The socks are an excellent fit and extremely comfortable, they help you to put on the Vibram five finger shoes more easily.

This was a present for my grandson who loves cross country running. He particularly asked for this make of socks.

Very comfortable socks for running around but, for me I needed a stronger ankle support and I don't think these socks were designed for that. Shame about the price but you get what you pay for! They instead will be useful for my summer holidays.

It took me a while to get on with them, but once you do Injinji socks are great! Ran a very wet 50mile ultra in mine. No blisters, no slipping!

I find these just more than a gimmick as love being able to stop my toes rubbing not so much blisters just ingrown nails ,there quick and easy to put on

Love them but my feet do get hotter then in cotton/normal socks. I had an operation on my feet and these are superb for what I need them for.

Injinji Run 2.0 original weight mini crew socks are now my go to socks for any types of run, I loved this pair so much I brought numerous others in different colours. I used these on a 50mile ultra marathon on the trails and did not get any blisters and my feet felt great the whole time. Love these socks.

I got these as I was a frequent blister sufferer on long runs. They work well but take some getting used to. Would have liked a little more padding in the foot area similar to traditional running socks but these are great for managing blisters.

great socks...no blisters on 50 mile ultra
excellent company to do business with

    Still had sore toes

I have ordered several pairs of these socks as gifts. Delivery was fast and good value. Product is good quality and no unnecessary packaging used.
