Low quality fabric. Not what you'd expect from Adidas. Gave them all to Goodwill after wearing 1 pair 1 time.
Can't hold a candle to this excellent Adidas sock: adidas Men's Originals Cushioned Quarter Socks (3 Pack).

These have to be the worst socks I have every purchased from a name brand company. First they are super thin with no cushion. The arch compression is a joke and uncomfortable.

The biggest problem is the different pieces used to make the sock. The stripes on the bottom, they left 1 inch long threads dangling at the beginning and end of each stitch inside the sock. It gets worse, the pieces that are sewn together use 1 single thread to bind them. This Leaves a nearly gaping hole across the top of the sock running left to right in not one but two separate areas. The stitching is so bad 1 sock out of the 6 had literally been left un-sewn in that area.

If you want to pay a premium price for thin, poorly sewn socks that will pull apart at the seams, then these are for you :>/

I'm not sure why my review is so out of whack with most others here. I really have nothing positive to say about these socks. I bought these July 2nd. I missed the Aug 4th return deadline. It's now September 5th and I'm tossing these socks in the garbage. I'm size 14. These are listed as good for sizes 12 thru 15 but they are too small for. I'd hoped they'd stretch a bit with use but, instead, with each wash they shrank until now they won't pull up to my leg. They're described as "cushioned". I've never had such thin, cheaply-constructed sockwear in my life. I hope I don't again!

they feel a bit too tight (im a size nine shoe) and they get a lot of pileing of little fabric balls. i've been wearing similar adidas socks for years and they have been terrific but i wont buy these again.

On the positive side, these fit well and look good - I haven't had the "pilling" problem that others have reported. However ... the material is thin and they are really not very durable. In the six months that I've had them, two of the six socks have developed holes in the ankle area, just from pulling the socks up over my feet. The stitching there is inferior, and I can see that the rest of the socks are starting to pull apart there so I am a lot more careful than I should have to be when pulling them on.

Not all socks are made the same. You get what you pay for. Go frugal you fail. Theses are quality made socks that fit, and wear well. The fact that I could purchase these in various colors was the selling point. Especially the Red in Quarter height which was what I was locking for in the Adidas brand. Great socks and I love them. I also love the Adidas logo color that varies with each pair. Straight up winner. Red, Blue/Gray, and Black.

Is there anything better than putting on a pair of fresh new socks? Probably, but it is quite enjoyable none the less. These provide good comfort and padding for working out or just general daily use. They are probably made for closer to a size 15 than a size 12, but even that can be an added benefit. The socks come up to a level above the ankle that is low enough for me to resist feeling like a 1970s basket ball player, but they are also higher than the late 90s ankle sock style that would open me to getting roasted by cool teens.

Im recovering from a broken ankle, continuing to deal with swelling. I needed a sock that would cover my larger ankle and provide some compression as well. These socks are perfect and i can wear shorts and not look goofy wearing a calf height sock to get the compression i need. I would (and have) purchased again. These are a lot less expensive than some true " compression" socks I have purchased and work better.

    Prompt service. Good quality socks.

They fit a bit snug but are stretchy. I'm not a fan of these because of the polyester, cotton, nylon and spandex blend. I find they don't breathe enough and tend to be a bit slippery.

A little thiner than the comparable Nike quarter socks I usually get, but thinking these will breath better come summer. Good quality and value for the price
