Waist size is on the large side and these shorts are not “ slim fit” by any means of the word . Not excited with this purchase .

The slim fit is perfect and the sheen looks nice. The stretch in the fabric is noticable but not as much as the much higher priced Under Armor and Addidas golf short I have. I believe these are a much better value.

Great fit and great price for these stylish shorts. Only issue is pockets are too small allowing items to fall out.

I really hoped these Perry Ellis shorts would fit. I wear size 34 but was leery about the "Slim Fit" designation. It turns out I needn't have worried - they're perfect. The 96% Polyester, 4% Spandex material has just enough give to make them eminently wearable for any sort of activity, and they're comfortably breathable on top of that. I love the classic cut and length that reaches just above my knees. The pockets are generous and the stitching is tight and even. There is even an attractive flower pattern inside that exhibits an attention to detail I was surprised but pleased to discover.

Perry Ellis Men's Slim Fit Stretch Solid Iridescent shorts to have a slight sheen to them, but not exactly what I'd label as iridescent. It is nice though and helps elevate them above your average shorts. They would work well for just about anything you don't need pants for. They're sporty but classy and comfortable just to lounge in. They are top-shelf quality casual wear that is truly the Swiss Army Pocket Knife of shorts. Best of all, my wife loves when I wear them and and encourages me to wear them often. They also wash well and don't require ironing. If you like clean-lined versatility, these Perry Ellis shorts are worth considering.
