This shirt is exactly as described. It fit well. Glad we didn't order a larger size as some suggested. The large was a USA large. The embroidery lines up exactly as it should and the fabric is sturdy for it's fiber content. Several reviewers stated it was too thin and one could see through it, but these shirts are traditionally worn with an undershirt in Cuba. My spouse had notissues with that. There were several short threads that needed clipping, but not a big deal with so many threads used to do the embellishments. Before wearing we washed it on gentle and hung it to dry. It did not "wrinkle", but due to so much stitching an iron touch-up would make it look perfect. It has a more casual look without a touch-up. Laying it flat to dry and "finger pressing" as it dried might improve certain areas. It is common for this many sections of stitching to slightly shrink or stretch in spots, but it is no big deal. Very please for the money!

My husband loves it and we will be purchasing more in other colors. When my husband wears the shirt, So many people compliment him and they always ask him where did he get his shirt . We clean the shirt by putting it in the dry cleaners and it has kept the look and quality as when it was purchased.

This fit my husband fine. The fabric is not as soft as I hoped, but a wash might take care of that. Fabric is also very thin. Not a linen like fabric like his other guayI'm hesitant to wash it though - as it arrived with lots and lots of loose threads. Oddly, the loose threads weren't just in the blue and white colors of the shirt, but there were many random black threads that were probably picked up from the throat of the sewing machine. Not a terrible shirt, though, and good for the price.

This shirt is very poorly made. There are precise holes near the right side of the pocket stitching (don't see the point of them), a few white stains, and multiple loose threads that require cutting off. The cotton-polyester blend is the worst for hot climates; I wore this for an hour in 80F weather and was uncomfortably hot by the end; in contrast, my slightly more expensive Cubavera guayabera feels like you're barely wearing anything; it's made with higher quality fabric and is better suited for hot weather.

A proper guayabera is made out of 100% linen or a linen/cotton blend. AVOID those made with a cotton/polyester blend or even pure cotton, as linen is much more breathable and lightweight. Buy this shirt at your own risk.

It got shipped to my place next day with Amazon Prime. It came rolled up. I usually hate ironing but, didn't mind it too much on my new Guayabera. I had to iron it on my first wear. After a wash, it looks like it's good to go with no more ironing. I thought the medium Guayabera fit me perfectly. You can't beat the price. Only one girl told me she hated Guayaberas but, thought it looked nice on me. She said they are for old people. It looked good on me and I am almost old. It should be good for many years to come! :)

The shirt looks good enough, workmanship seems good, but it fits too big on me. I normally wear a medium in any kind of shirt, and the fit is typically OK. I am 5'11'' and weigh about 153 pounds, 35" waist, 15 & 1/2" neck. This shirt in a medium hangs off my shoulders a bit, and is considerably too large for my torso. If I just gained about 20 pounds, that would help with the fit, but I'm going to return the shirt instead.

love the style, however runs a bit small!

I'm 6', 160 pounds. I usually wear a large shirt. I was disappointed that this was extremely large on me - more like a 2X or more. when I compared it to other large shirts the chest was easily 6-8" larger. In addition, the color was a dull black - like when you wash something a zillion times. The brand was Maximus.
